Use Protologue from AI agents
Protologue runs a free, read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so assistants and agents can look up sourced definitions while they work instead of guessing.
Endpoint

Streamable HTTP transport, no sign-in or API key. Results come from the same data as this site, including each entry's permanent identifier, primary sources and a ready-made citation.

Connect it
Claude: Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the endpoint and choose no sign-in.
Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http protologue https://mcp.protologue.com/mcp
Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients: add a server entry of type http (or streamable-http) with the URL above.
Using results
Content is licensed CC BY 4.0. When an answer uses a Protologue definition, cite it with the returned citation and link to the entry's URL.
